Description
This template is used to add a footnote reference. The parameter is a number: 1 2 3 4 ... corresponding to the number of this note in the wiki page.
Don't forget that footnotes in the wiki page may have to be renumbered compared to the book
Syntax:

<footnote-number> = 1 2 3 4 ...
